	Unlike most of these error messages, this only affects the US and the European AX9P version. There is a version that can boot up on an older and Super Game Boy called AP9P. Was it Nintendo being anti-consumer and wanting people to only buy the GBC? Rockstar doing a last minute decision to GBC only? Maybe it's neither and the first version wasn't meant to be released as it is due to a bug (the music sounds off on a Super Game Boy) and needed that extra power from the GBC. We may never know...
