@Murnjendoof Surely possible, but doesn't make too much sense, while also being a ridiculous undertaking.
If you want to be sure of the palettes, just open up Lunar Magic and check the palette editor for any given level/map/menu etc you wanna check.

Would it be possible to get a sheet that just contains all of the palettes used in the game?

Does anyone know where the fonts are? (Edit: I found them, I was just blind.)

@Dragon They're under "foreground tiles." You shouldn't be looking in the maps for specific tiles, anyway.

Was it really necessary to split this up into 180+ individual vgmap rips, this is so granular that it's become useless I just want to find where the vines are

The section right above the comments (Miscellaneous) has a sheet called "Enemy Cast Roll & Ending Screen". Hope that helps.

@Ya Block There are tools readily available that lets you not only do that, but so much more.

I recommend searching yourself, as I doubt I'm allowed to share what website provides said tools.

@esponjaresource Not exactly a glitch, but it is caused by one. Involves rewriting the game's code through button presses. Someone also made Pong in Super Mario World too.

@waluigiregected They might not be exactly image files, but they look and are intended to look like that in the game. Following that logic we shouldn't have any NES/SNES sprites in here since they are usually made out of 8x8 tilesets too. :/

why is there a sheet for every level? these levels arent images in the files right? why are they here?

SMW specific: Lunar Magic
In general: Import ZSNES quicksaves into vSNES, then open PalViewer/MemViewer/SceneViewer

The magenta (or pink) is a placeholder since it is used for a palette cycle (4 colours). Only the Yoshi coin and the curtain suspension in Bowser's castle (door 3) are using the palette animation, the rest of the tiles which use this palette are unaffected. Still, the palette cycle is running in the background and therefore it's not possible to determine only one palette for these tiles. Since there are 4 colours, there are also 4 possible palettes.

I couldn't help but notice that a lot of these sheets display the coin background palette with a magenta color that changes from light yellow to deep yellow in-game. Is the magenta color in the game's code, or is it just that way for reference?
