@Doc von Schmeltwick I'm gonna sound like a deranged person explaining this. but Barve Boy is a bootleg of a bootleg (known as Kung Fu Mari before), and the original character sprite was edited look like Chun-Li from Street Fighter before this version just pasted a pikachu face over the whole thing. Hence why it looks like this
