Since Waluigi's here, I say let's get a moveset done with. I really like AG's but I made one a while ago that a lot of people like. So which one should we use

Mine

Neutral Special - Wicked Kick - Similar to DK's Neutral Special but with his foot.
Side Special - either Wall-Luigi or Tennis Racket - Wall-Luigi has him dashing forward with a wall of vines following him; Tennis Racket is using a Tennis Racket to reflect projectiles. If Wall-Luigi is used, Tennis Racket becomes Side Smash maybe.
Up Special - either Whirl-Luigi or Purple Rocket - Whirl-Luigi has him spinning in a fashion similar to Luigi Cyclone to float up; Purple Rocket acts like Diddy's Up Special (in function) combined with Luigi's Side Special (in apperance).
Down Special - Bomb-Omb - Had to fit this somewhere; unlike Link's bombs, Waluigi throws them immediately.
Final Smash - (not decided yet; leaning towards Super Strike) - His Super Strike from Charged, which is flying up to the top of the stage and whipping a giant vine rope; need help thinking of another idea

Neutral Combo - Punch with his left hand, then kicks with his feet
Side Tilt - Roundhouse kick
Side Smash - (if Wall-Luigi is Side B) Tennis Racket, (if Tennis Racket is Side B) Kinda like Wario's side tilt but with two fists
Up Tilt - Kicks upwards
Up Smash - Flip kick
Down Tilt - Sweeps leg
Down Smash - Spins around with his legs spread out

Neutral Aerial - He makes a T formation and spins around
Forward Aerial - Kicks both feet forward
Back Aerial - Swings his fist behind him
Up Aerial - Puts hands above head and spins like a drill
Down Aerial - Bicycle kicks

Pummel - Knees
Forward Throw - Kicks the opponent forward
Back Throw - Throws the opponent behind him as if he/she were a baseball
Up Throw - Tosses the opponent up and kicks him/her upwards
Down Throw - Stomps on the opponent several times

Taunts
*He has one hand at his side and uses his other hand to "slap the air" saying "MEEAH You lousy"
*Laughs with his hands at chest
*the in-famous Crotch Chop

Entrance - He rides a purple Kart on stage and jumps out, twirling his 'stache and chuckling

Win Animations
*He spins once and pulls out a red rose saying "Ha-HAAAA, Waluigi is the best here!"
*Starts breakdancing and stands up doing the upside-down L sign with his hand above his forehead
*He begins to do the Crotch Chop again but stops and waves his finger going "Uh-uh-uh" and laughs

Alt Colors
*Purple shirt and hat with black overalls (Default)
*Green hat and overalls with blue shirt (Luigi)
*White hat and overalls with purple shirt (Fire)
*Black hat and shirt with purple overalls (Invert)
*Yellow hat and shirt with dark purple overalls (Wario-ish)

Alt Colors for Alt Costume (Strikers attire)
*Purple with white accents (Default)
*Green with yellow accents
*Orange with cyan (light blue) accents
*Black with gold accents
*Yellow with green accents

B: Drop Rocket: Waluigi jumps into the air and then thrusts his legs down and stomps on the ground. If used in the air, the attack spikes enemies and sends Waluigi higher into the air.
Forward B: Wall-uigi: Waluigi charges then starts running forward for a bit as a wall of purple vines appears behind him. You can change directions you're running or even jump to create a destructible shield or wall.
Up B: Swimming Return: Waluigi sticks his fingers in his ears then starts to swim in midair, better for horizontal recovery.
Down B: Whirluigi: Waluigi strikes a pose that resembles his symbol then starts to spin in place, those who get hit are spun in the opposite direction they were facing.

Final Smash: Thorny Waluigi: Waluigi glows and his racket turns into a thorny whip. He becomes invincible for a short time and his moveset changes to a simple A and B. A makes Waluigi whip the ground in front of him quickly while B is a more powerful overhead swing of the whip. B acts as a tether recovery in the event you need to get back onto the stage.

Neutral Attack: Racket smack, "sparta kick"
Dash Attack: Waluigi dives forward, similar to his diving reach in Power Tennis

Forward Tilt: Waluigi leans forward and stomps on the ground.
Up Tilt: Waluigi jabs upwards with his tennis racket.
Down Tilt: Waluigi crounches down and slides forward like he's trying to slide onto a baseball base

Forward Smash: Waluigi delivers a hard smack with his tennis racket
Up Smash: Waluigi throws a Bob-omb in a high-arc. (Closer to Snake's UpSmash in terms of strength rather than actual Bob-omb)
Down Smash: Waluigi stomps on the ground in front of him multiple times.

Neutral Air: Waluigi swats the air with his racket
Forward Air: Kick similar to his kicking the soccer ball in midair in Strikers
Back Air: Waluigi strikes a pose like he is lounging leisurely (Think Dedede's crouch animation)
Up Air: Waluigi strikes a pose that resembles his symbol
Down Air: Waluigi kicks downwards multiple times

Ledge Attack >100%: Waluigi swims onto the stage
Ledge Attack <100%: Waluigi swats the ground in front of the ledge with his racket before climbing up

Grab Attack: A simple knee to the gut
Forward Throw: Waluigi reels back and tosses the enemy like a baseball
Back Throw: Waluigi puts his foot on the foe's stomach then boots them away
Up Throw: Waluigi throws his enemy up into the air then smashes them like a tennis ball
Down Throw: Waluigi drops the foe on the ground and kicks them in the stomach like a soccer ball

Up Taunt: Point Scored from Power Tennis
Side Taunt: Tosses a Liar Ball from Superstar Baseball up and down in his free hand as he laughs mockingly
Down Taunt: Crotch Chop from Strikers

Victory 1: Winning a match in Power Tennis (jumps into the air, strumming his racket like a guitar)
Victory 2: Rose from Mario Party 8
Victory 3: Fake Crotch Chop from Strikers Charged

For example, I like your neutral B a lot more than AG's. I don't know what the Wall-Luigi is, so I can't really comment there. His random air swimming ability from Mario Tennis as a recovery is really funny to me.

In Strikers Charged, his Super Move was to run around the field with a wall of vines following him, called Wall-Luigi. I believe he also runs faster while doing this

For the Special moves, I like your Standard and Down Specials, and Angelglory's Up and Side Specials.

Mostly because Swimming Return as a recovery move is brilliant.

Also, I propose that Waluigi's costume be his Super Mario Strikers outfit. Not Strikers Charged, that would likely be more complicated.

I prefer the old plumber attire. Although if we do have Waluigi have an alt it'd more than likely be that. Personally I'd like him to have a "WaluigiWare" outfit but he's never appeared in a WarioWare game so...

One of his taunts or victory poses should involve him trying to do some action but failing miserably, Like spinning a racket around and accidentally hitting himself in the face or something.

Not sure which moveset I like more, but the drop rocket sounds like a fun attack to use

Costume, alt, same thing.

Okay, maybe not, but I prefer to call them costumes since that's pretty much what they are.

In other words, keep the plumber attire, Strikers outfit as my idea for his alt.

I could have it when he does the breakdance victory taunt (in my moveset) and slips or rips his pants or whatever

So how about Waluigi's default costume is his Strikers uniform. That lets the player know that he uses sports games as a moveset and it keeps away the annoying question of "Why is Waluigi dressed normally and Wario isn't?"

The alt. plumber attire would just be there for the same reason Wario's plumber attire was in Brawl.
