They seemingly do this only to adventure time games, the sprites in hey ice king... where terribly compressed too, and it really showed when playing the game.

I just wanted to point out that yes, these are pretty low quality.

Wayforward thought it was a good idea to put 3 layers of compression on them for some reason. You don't save pixel art as jpegs Wayforward :p
