this is technically the first sonic fangame, believe it or not.
actually its a music collection on the amiga @shadowman44 it had a minigame which was just sonic running through green hill zone
Or a Public Domain demo, if you'd read the credit tag.
From the screenshot i think it might be an aberration that got cancelled for good
I think it was a port of Sonic 1 on the Amiga that got cancelled/rejected.
