Basically, I ripped these using the debug menu, and the palette system is basically a clusterfunk. I'll probably send in a revision sometime if I work on it again because it bothers me too, but I'm certain I scrolled through all the palettes and didn't find some in there. It's weird.
Okay, but what's up with some of the palettes being inaccurate?
