The King of Fighters '98		 Well, as a Brazilian I think I can answer:
imagine the situation, late 90s and early 2000s, Brazilians didn't have access to good video games, most had Super Nintendo and Mega Drive, the PlayStation arrived here costing 3 to 4 minimum wages, so we had bars, usually pool halls, table football and at least 1 or 2 arcades, if you were lucky, you had 3, out of those 3, 1 was Cadillac and Dinosaurs, Street Fighter 2 and for at least 12 years it was KOF 98, I said 12 years, I remember playing KOF 98 in 2011, KOF 99 arrived, KOF 2000, KOF 2001, 2002 (we liked that one too a lot), KOF 2003 and then the KOF 2D games that arrived in the neighborhoods ended, but we always had the kof98, there always was, it was a great time to play kof 98 in bars and share space with the drunkards and the slot machines

Sonic the Hedgehog		 (from my previous comment) so turns out it was the darkest red in sonic 1 (sonic 1 has 3 shades of red in its palette) but they didnt edit it in sonic 2. (sonic 2 has 2 shades of red, with the darkest red being replaced with yellow for tail)
