They're not really unique items only used by Bowser, but independent entities like the other object enemies/hazards. Same goes perhaps for the flames, since in every other game his fireballs come without faces.

I also decided like this because of the assistance of Lava Bubble / Zigzag Lava Bubble / Mechakoopa in boss fights and their status as separate enemies. Additionally, in contrast to Iggy's/Larry's balls or Wendy's/Lemmy's puppets, these ones can be used without the boss. In this case, the devs decided against placing them in other areas just like they did with Torpedo Ted.

so basically a unique style
currently there's two "Pixelated _____" sheets pending as of now, but I made the Pixelated Crewmate one (yes, "pixelated" is as vague as it gets and I am aware of that)
