And yes, I used Flash Man as a reference for the time stopping frames (and his sparkles as well). Unlike Flash, Bright and Centaur, he currently has no projectiles and would only jump. I wasn't sure about giving him a buster like theirs. I ended up using the face from your resprite since it looked more appropriate.

Just look at the faces of Pokemon like Rhydon, Marill, Bellossom, and Blissey! They're all weirdly smudged and distorted
Also what happened to Mew's entire icon in general is probably the worst graphical mess up I've ever seen in the Pokemon series! I'd want to fix them all myself, but I tried to do one, and it took a while, and there's about 500 of these!
