Just look at the faces of Pokemon like Rhydon, Marill, Bellossom, and Blissey! They're all weirdly smudged and distorted
Also what happened to Mew's entire icon in general is probably the worst graphical mess up I've ever seen in the Pokemon series! I'd want to fix them all myself, but I tried to do one, and it took a while, and there's about 500 of these!

Jun 18, 2020 11:29 PM Techokami Asset: Mega Man and Roll I think I figured out the problem with the eyes, and it isn't actually the eyes. It's the skin tone used on the sheet; it's too close to white. As a result, the eyes blend in and all you see are the pupils.

Now that I have the final design for him, I'll just have to find what moves/poses he should have and how he would attack.

Jun 18, 2020 6:54 PM * Mr. C Asset: Bowser Well, the good news is that there aren't as many missing frames as I thought. The spinning doesn't go through the whole animation, and only three of the angles have this animation happen. I should have them done before Saturday!

I can't say for sure if they're missing here though. I'm about to submit the revision for Mario's sheet right now. Should be approved in about ten minutes or so.

EDIT: Oh, that was fast! It's already up!

It's wearing a pink cape, which I'm sure has some meaning in the story but in the games it appears to basically be like the Cap Pikachus: only different from the regular form in one way, as a reference to the anime.

I wonder if using this method again would still work well in other cases where I'd need such accuracy.

Nice! Now the pendulum actually resembles one, and the new arms look much more like his. My version's body was technically more accurate at the sides, but it was simply too wide. I should've tried to have his head be elliptic since it's not a full circle (which I somehow didn't pay attention to), and the body will be thinner and less rounded as well. Thanks for correcting them.

This was done by taking a zoomed out (not just "resized") screenshot of his original face, reducing the colours while tracing with pixels and replacing the eyes with Top Man's (with Hard Man's pupils). However, I decided to leave it out and thought calling him "Candle Man" might be misinterpreted as making him an OC.

I've also started on Cogsworth, but I don't like his proportions compared to this (he is in scale, though). He'll have to be redone before work on his sheet could commence: Posted Image
