It's good to know that this site is run by the right kind of people, and I've finally got to make my first comment on the site in support of this! This isn't a case of a uniquely American problem inciting violence across the world, it's American resistance to the violence of the system of policing inspiring others to similarly call for an end to the brutality that is inevitable within such a system. |

Almost every in-battle sprite I've looked at has obvious traces that they were screenshots taken of an emulator, and sometimes that emulator was running in real-time. There's too much evidence supporting this to go over here, so I'll leave it at that. |

Or did you even figure out for yourselves, that the way you went on about it last time was pretty terrible? If so, I'd nearly feel something like respect for you. Although I find it hard to take someone seriously, who unironically uses phrases like the "wrong side of history". One thing that bothers the hell out of me about the whole thing is that everyone outside of the USA is dragged into this mess, one way or another. Just because it's America. If something like that happened in any other country, barely a fraction would even care. How did such a horrid, violent, downright savage country become the center of the world? It boggles the mind, really. @Gaia: If it had been America, he'd be dead already, so there's that. With the USA essentially being a third-world country (culturally) that pretends to be civilized, it always comes off worse when compared to an actual first-world country. Those have certainly their fair share of issues, but aren't anywhere close to the hell that is the USA. |

The sprites of Bowser walking toward Blizzard Midbus's "cool nose air" and Bowser fanning the flaming Bob-ombs in Bowser's castle [while facing right] are overlapping one another. You can see this if you look to slightly up and to the right of the head of full-body Giant Bowser with his eyes closed. Also, does anyone see Bowser getting up from falling on his back after the giant battles? In the animation, Bowser gets up slowly while turning around to face the camera, he then pants a few times before shaking his head. I've been looking for a while and I can't seem to find it anywhere. |

The way they stood outside and applauded the 2 cops being released after being charged for assault on that old man was disgusting. They're bringing all the good cops down in the public opinion. |

I believe that most of them are probably good people and as always, a vocal minority is all we truly see. But just because not all cops won't randomly pull people out of cars and beat them or kill them in the middle of the street in broad daylight doesn't mean that police forces as a whole don't need serious reform. Any "good" cop that stands by and allows the bad ones to act unchecked is a part of the problem as are police unions protecting all of them, lawsuits being paid out of tax dollars, lack of training for deescalation and mental health care, and of course, a visible trend of discrimination against people of color. For a little context about me personally, I worked for a county police department (in security, not as a sworn officer) for 5+ years and consider a number of good cops friends because I've seen them do the right thing when it counts. I definitely don't think they're all bad but I think the system is broken and that is what Black Lives Matter is truly fighting to change and why I, personally, proudly stand with them. |

A minority. | Jun 7, 2020 12:08 AM | miyabi95_ | Update: Stand against racism, hate, and police brutality - #BlackLivesMatter | I haven't been active on this site besides checking updates, but I have to say that anyone who is still questioning the validity of current events and the negative impact they are having on minorities should either reconsider their way of thinking by checking possible priveleges they may have or just accept the truth that you refuse to acknowledge that the law-enforcement system in the US is corrupt and needs to be reformed or abolished. This has nothing to do with propaganda or fictional worlds. It's the world we live in, and we need to be the people who take responsibility and do whatever we need to do in order to establish a more fair and just society that provides for BiPOC, LGBTQ+, etc. I admire all of those who have been speaking up around here. Keep it up. |

There was a back and forth between two people with opposing viewpoints that was pretty civil and ended peacefully as far as I'm concerned. Again though, this isn't a political issue - it's about human rights. You're right - everyone should be treated the same but black people are undeniably treated worse than the rest at the hands of police and that's what they're trying to change. I didn't assume anything about Officer Dorn - I didn't know anything about him and suggested it as a possibility based on context. I still don't see how this one instance changes anything. Just as it has been repeatedly said that not all white people are racist, "black lives matter" doesn't mean they're all above the law. Regardless of who killed him, they should be charged just like anyone else. Incredible how you stand on this soapbox and then complain about people missing out on an update for a week though. Everything is still up on the site and normal updates will resume next week. Waiting until then isn't the end of the world in the face of what's actually going on in the world right now. |

Absolutely not. I don't support BLM. Does that make me racist? If you say yes you may be the bigot here. You can bring politics in a conversation but you MUST be ready to hear oposing views. Calling people names and shutting them down immediately won't solve anything. I also find it VERY funny that you assume the person who murdered officer Dorn was white when surveillance cameras show the killers were in fact all black The people who worked hard on the sprite sheets for this week don't deserve to be deprived of an update over this |
| Jun 6, 2020 9:46 PM * | elpegaso7 | Asset: Galamoth | Hi SmithyGCN, with this I had to have a lot of patience, I made a video of the fight, then with adobe premiere, I took the entire sequence and then based on the example of the sprite on this page, (I took it to compare the required size based on his head) I resized each image in photoshop (with the preserve hard edges option), then I started to put together all their movements with the pieces that are in the sprite posted in this page, basically I started to put together each movement with the pieces (Putting the image of each movement as background, and putting each piece on top, like a puzzle). It took me about 15 days. All you need to do is put the effects. I love Castlevania and I want people to have all the sprites, so many fans can make a lot of Castlevania Symphony of the Night games. However there is a program that makes it easier with other enemies (Not all of them, but most of them) It is called DSVania_Editor_1.9.0_x64. With that and Photoshop you can create Castlevania sprite sheets a lot easier. Have you heard of Esco? He is a very talented guy who is developing a Castlevania videogame. (A very cool one) And also thanks to him, I knew about that program. All credit should go to him and the creator of the program. I'm just assembling things. |
