I'm not sure that pose was meant to be his dangerous pose. I think it was just an early version of his normal overworld sprite. The white pupils match his batte sprite better, but Toby might have preferred the pupil-less overworld sprites. |

@Doc von Schmeltwick The founder of Travelers Tales (GameHut on YouTube) has released a hack of this called Sonic 3D Blast: Directors Cut that's basically 3D Blast but actually good, and that's been getting a lot of attention. |

So we have the Necky from DKC, adult Curious George, a weirdly colored Bunby Heli from MM1, Sanic, a koopa, blooper and fishbone, green satan, a Lego skeleton and the angry sun, not to mention the panthers from Castlevania. That's quite a big list of weird enemies. |
