Ok. It's been awhile, and I'm not salty anymore. I understand why my icons sheet got rejected. And by saying that I "deleted" the icons sheet, I meant the icontsr.png file, NOT the other icon duplicate/backup sheets I have. Ok, here's my possible reason why my icons sheet got rejected (twice). I had absolutely no Anti-Aliasing at all. And yes, I am working on the new icons.

@Aiden_the_fox: Like JonGandee said. We only allow customs based on official characters, otherwise people would just make mods, then make customs of said mods in an attempt to get their OCs on the site. People have tried to do that before, even just a few weeks ago.

I've given up trying to submit my icons sheet. And you might say "resubmit it". 1. I tried to but it immediately got rejected. 2. I've already deleted the image files for them. Also, why does a stupid arrows sheet that I made in 1 hour get approved, but not an icons sheet that took me ACTUAL MONTHS TO MAKE.
No mod content allowed period, regardless of how they're set up.
Even if you did mod characters parts, it would probably still be rejected.
a question can you create a category of separate parts but mods? because I'm already doing one and I don't want to stay with the job

If you plagiarize another user's work (in this case, your recent Tankman submission was a direct trace from branflakes's work), then you will be punished. You're also a hypocrite for telling FunkyGamer47 "don't copy" when that's literally what you just did.
Also, this is your final warning, HectorVG15 -- it seems you didn't listen to what I said earlier.
