The Mod.Gen Project is my favorite Sonic spriting project, the fact that it spans even the cartoons, comics and other media makes it even cooler. Heck, even some other Sega franchises and third-party characters were being made in this style!

The style itself feels very SEGA-ish. They also look very polished and you can tell the sprite artists took great care and time into making these. Good job! Definitely looking forward to seeing this revival of the Mod.Gen Project go full circle!

This is pretty neat, but his shell seems to kind of grow out of his body in some of the sprites-- most notably the running animation and the spring up sprite on the left.

Also, I realize that Mighty is quite the Sonic clone, and I know this is not exactly a must, but leaving him with a signpost that is almost the same as Sonic's doesn't really seems to be much of a good idea. If anything, I feel that it'd be a better idea if he had a new signpost of his own to at least give his Sonic carbon copy looking design a bit more of variation from Sonic himself, rather than being even more alike him. I might as well go and suggest that an unique ending pose is done as well, because it certainly doesn't helps the "Sonic with a red shell" vibe in here-- I get keeping it for his sprites, but for literally everything isn't the best idea. That and the face in the ending pose still seems to remain as the official Sonic 2 design, rather than staying par up with the sprite design.

One last thing, is the Mod Gen website even still being worked with, if alive at all? Because if it isn't, then it feels pretty pointless mentioning the website in the sprite sheet.

It's kinda still around, yeah. Me and a couple of other people tinker with it every now and again.

Is Mod.Gen still in the works? Good job regardless!
