Very noble effort to use voxels for the Game Boy and runs at a playable frame rate but the game in this state is best described as a mess. The voxels make this game bad looking, very easy to go off track and get stuck in the scenery. Game Boy mode is just plain broken meaning that had the game been finished, it would have been a GBC only game (that didn't kick in until around 1999-2000, guessing due to no copyright info that the game would have been in development around 1998-1999).

It says something when Midway of all companies decided to cancel this port and they aren't known for quality control especially when it comes out outsourced work.
