@WhiteFelineWonder The idea behind the game isn't too bad and the graphic style is clean. It's also one of the more interesting isometric games as it doesn't follow the British isometric style (e.g. Head Over Heels, etc) or Spindizzy. As a Sonic game though, it really doesn't fit in and out of the three isometric Sonic games, SegaSonic is the closest feel to the series while 3D tries to add some of the series tropes while also being a successor to Flicky.

The game does feel like it was planned to be something else but fell through and Sonic got shoved into it late in development hoping to sell. Too bad we'll never know because Sega doesn't talk much about the Game Gear and no one (not even Iizuka) out of Sonic Team would have a clue about the development due to being outsourced to Minato Giken.

Ooh, I played this game a few weeks ago! It's a simple puzzle game where you just find three keys in order to get to the next level.

This also involves Sonic at slow speeds, which people scold. But here's the thing for me, I don't mind the slow speed (it's kinda part of the story anyways). I can take in the scenery more rather than needing to rush to the end of the level.
