It's just a ROM and emulator packed into an .ipa, like all the other Genesis "ports" released on iPhone in 2010. There are menus and interface graphics, I just haven't gotten to them yet.

Are the in-game sprites of this port pretty much just the Genesis version's?
I know the J2ME port of this game has different sprites based on the phone's resolution.
