Something I have to commend ACE Team for is their use of magenta, of which only 5 shades exist in Doom's PLAYPAL. Very efficient.

Fun fact, this Doom 2 total conversion mod was made by ACE Team, who are now the commercial dev team responsible for such games as Zeno Clash, Rock of Ages, The Deadly Tower of Monsters, and Abyss Odyssey.

Note from ripper: several objects (most notably the Terrorist enemy and Car decoration) have color variations in-game. This is done through the Doom engine's built-in palette translation (only used for multiplayer in the base game).
