His name is D'ARBY, D-A-R-B-Y. The "D" has an apostrophe.
@Mr. L Yeah, Debbie makes sense considering the original romaji is Deibī and is a fairly common female name. The series already had Marian and Linda so it wouldn't look out of place but then again Double Dragon 3 on the NES had some localization issues (including the infamous Bimmy).
