This game really feels like it was meant to have a 2-player mode, what with how your player instantly regenerates after death and how the scoreboard is symmetrical, almost suggesting that the boss’ health is where a second player score and life counter was originally gonna be.
I just noticed: In this game, you play as the grown-up player 1 from NES Nightmare on Elm Street!
