surprisingly, there is a reason they look like tokusatsu characters, other than it being a style parody - they're designed by Keita Amemiya, who has done a lot of tokusatsu work, for all sorts different shows, including his own series, Garo
They look like Wannabe Super Sentai and Kamen Riders
I feel like these are someone's OCs...
