Wow, Dazz comes back and my updating schedule gets all messed up! Nah, I'm just kidding. Glad to have you back, buddy. :D
We've got a lot going on this update. Our fourth project is underway; 2-D fighting games. This is probably the most difficult project we're attempted yet. Each character in a fighting game has approximately 17 billion sprites, so come by and help us. For realsies.
And finally, continuing from last time, we've got our new Spriter Spotlight, this time with another long-time contributor, A.J. Nitro!
"Back in the day when I made sprite comics, I knew right away that Ninsprites, aka tSR, would be my number one source for my sprites. After browsing the site so many times I decided to join and become a member. I am better known as a sprite ripper for the site. My first complete rip added to the site was Dr. Mario for the NES. It's almost hard to believe I've gone from ripping small sheets like that to the bigger sheets everyone loves, such as Mario and Luigi. I have also made some customs in the past, but of course like most people when they start, they usually aren't the best.
I've been ripping for 4 years and will continue to do so as long as I get all the support I'm getting, and as long as boredom kicks in."
