context for people who don't know: Mc Pig hired a level designer for PT back in the demo 2 days. These were probably made by said level designer for Mc Pig to trace later on.

The bricks and ladders seem to originate from this sheet on MFGG, while the arrow blocks seem to come from the hack SMWYeah.
Honestly I feel like a lot of the Mario stuff here were taken from versions modified to work as custom graphics in Super Mario Bros. X due to the black spaces around some of the graphics like the hands.
