There Are Games For Proof That These Models Are 3D Models
@FridayFunkGaming291 i modded the avatar background multiple times and yes they are in an rblx file. even the moblie version has the rblx file. but its just a flat plane most of the time :)

they also have a desktop app which looks very similar to the mobile app
The mobile files are also in the pc files, probably to make updating easier. Xbox likely uses a modified version of the windows 10 version. (Controller buttons are in all versions of the game)
I haven't seen something ROBLOX related uploaded here in quite a while! How did you rip these?
