Been playing this game a lot recently and have kind of grown to enjoy it in spite of the flaws which drag it down from being the best Mega Man game quite heavily. Still, I had a lot of fun playing as both Mega Man and Bass even though I admit Bass (and even some of Mega Man's upgrades) turns the game into a massive pushover, especially with his increased attack damage upgrade. The game seems to have good intentions but I can't help but wonder if the game was rushed (even if a little bit), hence the lack of balance an a lot of the game feeling samey/repetitive, but I could be wrong on that.

The king jet is probably still the worst boss. Mostly due to the devs placing a respawning 1-up to excuse it's attacks just killing you outright if you're unlucky... Dynamo man wasn't as bad as I thought though.

I seriously can't get over how good this game looks for an SNES title, even Mega Man 8 didn't look this good despite being on "superior" hardware...

That's because a lot of the assets are recycled from Mega Man 8.

Infinitely underrated! This game is great!! Can't decide if it's my favorite or my second favorite Megaman, and I've played all the others before it, except 8.
