Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've done a proper tSR update so I'm back to bring you another big batch of new sprites! I've been trying to make sure custom work gets more recognition so let's start there. This week, we have quite a few so I'm going to specifically look at Mario, Sonic, and Mega Man but the rest is worth checking out as well! Super Kirby, Jon Gandee, and paveldechev0604 bring us a collection of Mario goodies while JoeyTheRabbit, KoolTimYT, and Speems come in with Sonic and YorkieYT rounds out today's look at customs with Mega Man!

On the ripping side of things, there's plenty more to see with TeridaxXD001 bringing us tons of icons and splash screens from the Wii U Virtual Console, DogToon64 coming in with more adorable entries from Pokémon Smile, Nazta tackling Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius, and Jonluka and Barack Obama diving into Grand Summoners (sorry if I missed anyone in there - I'm just spot-checking sheets)! That's a lot in the mobile section but it's still only a small part of this week's new content with the Game Boy and PC sections also seeing quite a bit of growth so be sure to give everything a once-over!

That's going to do it for this week's new sprites so I'm off to figure out who's updating tTR and tSoR. Have a great weekend everyone!

While I still find the random posting of that schedule by a random member ("random" used excessively on purpose) a little odd, I guess it worked out in this case. To be fair, it was announced quite a long time ago but they're right - tSR updates every Saturday and, assuming there is enough new content to justify an update, the rest of the sites update on the first Saturday of the month.

Tbh, I always thought all of the VG Resource sub-sites update weekly.

Updates for The Spriters Resource are usually posted every Saturday, while updates for other Resource websites (Models, Textures, Sounds) are posted at the first Saturday of every month. TL;DR: tSR updates are posted weekly, while the others are posted monthly.
