I'm unsure about the random enemies, but there are 2 Boss Sprites missing, there's a 4th Type of Dragon; Green Dragon and there's also another colour for the Evil Cat Minister, you fight him twice; the second time he's more red-ish.

@ChaoticNarrative Technically it is actually unlicensed as C&E didn't have a license from Sega to officially publish the game. Not that they could have got one even if they wanted to due to the country that they were based (outside of their main regions, Sega also had local partners distributing the console e.g. Samsung = South Korea, TecToy = Brazil; AFAIK Sega did support Asian countries and a region code does exist for the area but Sega Taiwan focused on the arcade side while other companies distributed the console) and the looser copyright law. They did eventually managed to have an officially licensed developed game from them on the Saturn but with help from Japanese publisher Soft Bank.

Unlike other companies from the area, C&E did at least put the legalese making them more similar to Tengen and Codemasters on the NES where they made original games. Just not officially sold.

The Super Fighter Team release was also unlicensed from Sega yet supported by C&E (again couldn't get a license as Sega no longer offered them for the console... well at the time anyway) but it did start the spark of the second life of the Mega Drive of self-publishing games from Taiwan developed games that lead to homebrews having physical releases to this day e.g. Pier Solar, Xeno Crisis, PAPRIUM and more. Eventually in a roundabout way it also caused Sega to have some officially licensed new Mega Drive ports/games via the Mini consoles.

It wasn't a Homebrew originally, it was an actually officially released game in Taiwan in 1996, Super Fighter Team translated it and released it for Western Audiences in the mid-late 2000s.

I know this is a homebrew one, but I'm gonna count this as a bootleg as it's not official. Never heard of this one.
