Agreeing with Ton here, the bikes and the background are on different layers (on a technical note, the background is on the Window background layer, the bikes themselves are duplicated on A and B). Strangely enough, it is the same background that is also used in the bike shop.
The layers of this could probably stand to be separated.
I will surely use the bikes as separated sprites in (fan)game.
