It's also in the Nick Arcade Prototype. I kept seeing it as I was compiling the Emerald Hill maps.

@SonicHex Isn't the proto-Crawl the thing that's on the first line of the proto sprites after Hidden Palace section? Or is this some newly-discovered thing?

Just noticed one of the colors (the second shade of green on the slicer) doesn't have a Red value that's a multiple of 32. It's red value is 35 at the moment. Gonna fix that soon.
EDIT: Odd, apparently this same error appears on Pavel's rip for the S2 remastered Badniks...

@Techokami: Except The Observer has been using raw colors for his, as it is here too.

@beanluv why did you make the colors on the sheet darker? O_o Everyone knows that Gens doesn't properly render the Genesis/Mega Drive colors. There's better interpretations, like how Sonic & Knuckles Collection does it (multiples of 34 instead of multiples of 32, gives a nicer, brighter scheme) or the way that The Observer has been generating palettes for his Sonic 3&K rips.
