Funny how they didn't update his face on his Rush startup sprite like they did with the Arcade version.

One might also notice how in his 1st win pose, he poses differently between the Arcade version and 16-bit console versions. It's likely so that those sprites can recycle sprite map data with his other win pose sprites.
