My other post is outdated, just use bsnes-rawpalettes instead, since ZSNES is too inconsistent in terms of palettes and can even produce artefacts on ripped maps:

SNES ripping has never been easier, since it has every feature of vSNES, multiple viewers for tiles / sprites and exchangable background colours.

SNES ripping is actually really easy. Grab the ZSNES emulator, erase/activate layers with 1-5 and press F1 to show options for screenshotting your current frame. And if you want to have a look at the the tiles / palettes or even erase sprites which are on other sprites, grab the vSNES tool and import a ZSNES quicksave. Then go to upper taskbar and click on PalViewer, MemViewer and SceneViewer.

If anyone out there could rip more, I'd highly appreciate it, I lack the skill to Rip from SNES and would love to see more, Especially the Character's Battle Sprites.
