My internet SUCKS

So my broadband is supplied by Sky, who over the past few weeks have been nothing but incredibly poo. They really have no idea what a good user experience is, and so I've been getting support and more importantly, INCREDIBLY slow speeds. I mean 4kb/s speeds...
So, my update here is tiny. Hopefully when this is all sorted things will go faster - or somebody else can help out and do some updates while I'm struggling.
Sorry guys, but hey - at least the update has some pretty brilliant stuff in it.
If you work for a broadband company, send me an email about why your company is better and why I sould go to them. If you work for Sky, tell them to sort my stuff out!!
