The Windows logo is used, it's just hidden behind the Miis.

Huh. I always wanted to see what the background Miis looked like. And now that I have, I'm 90% sure some of them are trans.
EDIT: Also, what's with the Windows-like thing? I don't remember seeing that in the banner.
