the medikit was censored because the games can't use the red cross now

@glaber "Cross" doesn't always mean "crucifixion cross," just any lines crossing at roughly 90 degrees. Both + and x can also be called crosses.
You mean Red Plus, right? After all, that bottom part doesn't actually stick out like a real cross does.
Red Cross is the most blatant proof why trademarking a basic symbol is a terrible idea.
